Teen & Adult Kickboxing (Ages 14+)
Main Program Curriculum-based kickboxing using the official WAKO Canada system. Students learn proper striking, conditioning, and how to train like a combat-sport athlete.
Teen & Adult Fitness Kickboxing (Ages 14+)
A safe, empowering fitness-focused program that attracts many women. High-energy bag work and technique training for getting fit, strong, and confident.
Teen & Adult Karate (Ages 14+)
Karate for teens and adults includes practical self-defense, traditional forms, and weapons basics. Deeper learning and discipline beyond what kids experience.
