At the Black Belt Institute, our Kids Programs are designed to help children build confidence, focus, and discipline in a supportive environment. We’ve developed age-specific training that balances physical skills with character development so every child can succeed. Our instructors are trained to make classes structured, engaging, and meaningful-never overwhelming. Whether your child is building confidence, learning discipline, or trying martial arts for the first time, our goal is to support their growth every step of the way. Each of our kids programs includes a free introductory lesson so families can experience our school before joining.

Builds confidence, discipline, focus, and leadership through Kempo-style karate. Classes are structured, engaging, and designed to help kids grow physically and mentally.
